What exactly am I paying for?+
A license to run the MarutiX platform on your own server and domain. You get the full platform, installation help and updates for the licensed period. There is no commission on anything you sell through it.
Is it a one-time payment or a subscription?+
Both options exist. A lifetime license is paid once for the domain it is activated on. A renewal plan spreads the cost and keeps updates and support running for as long as it is active.
Can I move my license to another domain?+
Yes. A license is locked to one domain at a time, and our team can move it for you if you change domain or migrate servers. Ask support before you move so nothing is interrupted.
What happens when my license expires?+
Your installation and your data stay yours. What stops is updates and support until you renew, and any feature that checks the license with our server.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Card, UPI, bank transfer and crypto through our own checkout. Prices are shown in USD and converted at checkout when you pay in another currency.
Do you offer a refund?+
Tell us before activating the license if something is wrong and we will sort it out. Once a license key has been issued and activated on a domain it cannot be returned, because it cannot be resold.
